Elevate is a small group mentoring experience and spaces are limited.
There will be a maximum of 10 business owners in our group so that our fortnightly group calls are high-touch and impactful.

✅ 1 x 45 minute Kick Off & Welcome Call to dive into your current team, business and set your direction for our time together.
Kick Off calls will be held between the 24th April - 1st May.
✅ Fortnightly Group Mentoring Calls which are a combination of QNA, conversation, coaching & live training so you can ASK, LEARN, HEAR and SEE.
Group Calls will be held on Tuesdays at 1pm AEST. Our fortnightly group calls kick off on Tuesday 7th May. These group calls will not be recorded to create a safe space to share openly with the group.
✅ Paula-In-Your-Pocket for things that come up between our fortnightly group mentoring calls. You’ll have a private Slack channel to share text, audio, quick videos or documents for feedback and advice.
Paula will respond within 24 hours between Monday - Thursday AEST.

Hi, 👋 I’m Paula Maidens – serial entrepreneur, business adviser and hiring coach.
I was a Corporate Recruiter, started my own HR Consulting biz in 2010, started two more, and sold one in 2020 with a full team in place!
I've been in the HR & Recruitment industry for 17+ years and I've specialised in small business since 2015.
This means I've literally interviewed 1000's of people (both for other people and for my own teams) and I've packed all of that knowledge and experience into an easy to follow system.
It’s my mission to empower entrepreneurs like you to step into your leadership potential in a way that feels authentic and effective, so that you can achieve your business goals without burning out or giving up your life.
